As an overview, our Asset Recovery Division is dedicated in finding prior owners of Property Tax Foreclosed properties and other surplus assets throughout the Nation and overseas and informing them of unclaimed or surplus funds. 

If you are a previous owner of a property tax foreclosed property you are entitled to make a claim for all or a portion of the surplus funds from the tax sale by state statutes.  You may also be entitled to other assets such as inheritance from estates.
